With the completion of our combination retail/manufacturing facility, we are now able to offer our full line of chocolates - including creams, caramels, truffles, and many more exquisite selections. Delivery Options & Deadlines:
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt, unless otherwise requested. We ship exclusively with UPS and transit times vary depending on destination. Deliveries are only made on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. Standard delivery via ground service takes 2-7 business days. If you wish, Second Day (delivery within 2 business days) and Next Day (delivery within one business day) air service are available for an additional charge. Orders placed after 11AM EST will not ship until the next day. Shipping rates and methods vary by time of year. From April 1 to October 1, we take extra precautions and ship via 2-Day Air or Next Day Air, as needed. There is an extra charge of $8 (2-Day Air) and $25 (Next Day Air) added to your standard shipping cost. We pack each box with special insulation and gel ice to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates. For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the Summer months, we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only - to prevent chocolates from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure safe delivery.

Restrictions:
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. Deliveries are only made on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. We may choose not to ship an order over the weekend to ensure perfect condition upon receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
